I finally decided to even out Aliyah's hair at the beginning of summer. She had such little hair for so long that I just couldn't bring myself to cut it until now. She was so excited to finally get a haircut like all of her friends have had.
The only thing that ended up being sad was I cut only about a 1/2 inch off and she lost a lot of her baby curl. Goodbye to those curls I had longed for my girl to have for nearly two years.
She was thrilled though and always would tell everyone that she is now like Rapunzel since she got her hair cut, too!
